Export the CSV from Westpac

  1. 1

    Use Corporate Online

Open the Westpac Corporate Online account-information export available to your organisation.

  2. 2

    Choose transactions and balances

Select the previous-day closing-balances-and-transactions CSV variant.

  3. 3

    Keep the original BankStatement file

Download the comma-delimited BankStatement_CONFIGCODE_DATE.csv file and import it without editing or resaving it.

These steps were checked against the bank's current Corporate Online CSV specification. Labels can change when its app or website is updated.

Which Westpac export mooola can import

mooola currently recognises corporate online previous-day closing-balances-and-transactions csv exports. Support is based on the CSV structure, not only the filename or bank name.

Import the CSV into mooola

  1. 1

    Choose Westpac

Open Import data in mooola and select Westpac.

  2. 2

    Select the original CSV

Choose the unchanged CSV downloaded from Westpac. mooola checks the file structure before importing transactions.

  3. 3

    Review the import

Compare the imported dates and amounts with the original export, review the import summary, then tap Done.

If the Westpac CSV does not import

  • Confirm you selected the CSV export described in this guide rather than a PDF, spreadsheet, payment receipt, or account-confirmation document.
  • Use the original download without opening and resaving it in spreadsheet software, which can change dates, separators, decimals, or encoding.
  • Check that the file contains transaction rows for the selected period, not only balances or a summary.
  • Confirm the product and export variant exactly match the supported scope shown above.

Your Westpac CSV stays on your device

mooola reads the selected CSV locally. It does not connect to Westpac, request banking credentials, or upload the file for parsing. Temporary file-picker copies are removed after import.
