Export the CSV from N26
- 1
Open the account on the web
Log in to the N26 WebApp, open Home, and choose the account or Space you want to export.
- 2
Open Account Activity
Choose Downloads, then enter the start and end dates under Account Activity.
- 3
Download CSV
Choose CSV as the format and download the original account-activity file.
These steps were checked against the bank's current account activity download guide. Labels can change when its app or website is updated.
Which N26 export mooola can import
mooola currently recognises selected english-language account-activity csv exports from the n26 webapp. Support is based on the CSV structure, not only the filename or bank name.
Import the CSV into mooola
- 1
Choose N26
Open Import data in mooola and select N26.
- 2
Select the original CSV
Choose the unchanged CSV downloaded from N26. mooola checks the file structure before importing transactions.
- 3
Review the import
Compare the imported dates and amounts with the original export, review the import summary, then tap Done.
If the N26 CSV does not import
- Confirm you selected the CSV export described in this guide rather than a PDF, spreadsheet, payment receipt, or account-confirmation document.
- Use the original download without opening and resaving it in spreadsheet software, which can change dates, separators, decimals, or encoding.
- Check that the file contains transaction rows for the selected period, not only balances or a summary.
- The bank may have changed its headers or your account language may produce a variation that is not recognised yet.
Your N26 CSV stays on your device
mooola reads the selected CSV locally. It does not connect to N26, request banking credentials, or upload the file for parsing. Temporary file-picker copies are removed after import.
