Export the CSV from Wise

  1. 1

    Open Statements and reports

In Wise on the web or in the app, open your profile, choose Statements and reports, then Statements.

  2. 2

    Create a statement

Choose Create a statement, select the currency or jar and a period of up to 365 days.

  3. 3

    Choose CSV

Select CSV as the file format, confirm the download with your Wise password, and keep the downloaded file unchanged.

These steps were checked against the bank's current statement download guide. Labels can change when its app or website is updated.

Which Wise export mooola can import

mooola currently recognises selected single-currency or jar statement csv exports. Support is based on the CSV structure, not only the filename or bank name.

Import the CSV into mooola

  1. 1

    Choose Wise

Open Import data in mooola and select Wise.

  2. 2

    Select the original CSV

Choose the unchanged CSV downloaded from Wise. mooola checks the file structure before importing transactions.

  3. 3

    Review the import

Compare the imported dates and amounts with the original export, review the import summary, then tap Done.

If the Wise CSV does not import

  • Confirm you selected the CSV export described in this guide rather than a PDF, spreadsheet, payment receipt, or account-confirmation document.
  • Use the original download without opening and resaving it in spreadsheet software, which can change dates, separators, decimals, or encoding.
  • Check that the file contains transaction rows for the selected period, not only balances or a summary.
  • The bank may have changed its headers or your account language may produce a variation that is not recognised yet.

Your Wise CSV stays on your device

mooola reads the selected CSV locally. It does not connect to Wise, request banking credentials, or upload the file for parsing. Temporary file-picker copies are removed after import.
